Capabilities

Everything an aluminium casting needs

Five core competences – from the die casting tool to the finished, tested part.

Automated die casting cell with robot

Aluminium die casting

Vacuum-assisted high-pressure die casting of complex, thin-walled and finned components.

  • 12 die casting machines, 550–900 t – incl. 3 fully automatic cells with robot handling
  • Melting and holding furnaces (Striko Westomat), spray units (Wollin), Fanuc robots
  • Rotor die casting in Kisbér: die-cast rotors IEC 56–112, stator/rotor packages, stator stacks up to IEC 132
  • Alloys: EN AC-47100, EN AC-44300, EN AC-46000; pure aluminium 99.7% for rotors
CNC machining centres

CNC machining

Finishing of cast parts to drawing: milling, drilling, tapping and turning.

  • 3 CNC machining centres – incl. 2 × 5-axis and 1 double-pallet (4-axis)
  • 3 CNC lathes – incl. 1 double-spindle lathe
  • Machining to very tight tolerances
